Rochdale EDL: Stop Islamic 'Booty' (Grooming) and the Islamification of Your Town!

[Left: Mushtash Ahmed, Chairman of Rochdale Council of Mosques and one of those ubiquitous Muslim 'community leaders'.]

EDL Extra comments on the Rochdale Observer news item, 'Call for calm ahead of EDL and UAF protests', by Simon Coyle, 4.3.2011. (Comments are in red.)

Community leaders appealed for calm ahead of protests by the English Defence League. [Who the f*** are these 'community leaders’? Do white people have community leaders as well? Who votes them in or elects them? What are they? Who are they? Do Muslims like these self-elected people speaking for them?] Hundreds of right-wing demonstrators are set to descend upon the town centre on Saturday afternoon. [‘Right-wing’? Makes a change from ‘far right’? Some would say that the EDL is right wing. Perhaps it is. However, it’s certainly not far right because ‘far right’ = fascist.]

A rival protest by the left-wing group Unite Against Fascism was also set to take place in Deeplish – sparking fears of clashes between the opposing factions. [UAF is not ‘left wing’, it is far left. This is not an opinion or an interpretation. The group is run and ruled by the SWP – a Trotskyist party which believes in violent revolution and violence generally in order to achieve its ends of Radicalisation and Revolution. SWP members do not deny being Trotskyist. Thus they will not deny being far left. (They may well deny being extreme left.)]

But faith leaders were urging people to stay calm, while the police had vowed to clamp down on any violence. [‘Faith leaders’, ‘community leaders’, ‘Community Cohesion’, etc? Where have we been living for the last ten years? What and who are these things?]

Mushtaq Ahmed, chairman of Rochdale Council of Mosques, said that he had asked Muslims not to join in during Friday prayers yesterday.

He told the Observer: "We are asking people not to organise their own counter protests as it will not help. [The UAF/SWP will, of course, violently disagree with this ‘reformist’. Violence is necessary for the UAF/SWP cause, as Leftist history has repeatedly shown us.]

"We have heard that there may be some young men coming from neighbouring towns and we do not welcome them. [Not EDL ‘outsiders’ again! What about all those UAFs from London and elsewhere in the country? Are they outsiders too? What about those ‘union representatives’ from all over? In addition, what about the Rochdale Division of the EDL – are they to be classed as outsiders simply because they are patriotic members of the working class? What about MDL outsiders? What about UAF’s leader, Martin Smith, from Hackney? What about the other leader, Weyman Bennett, also from London? They may well be there. But that’s OK because they’re not ‘far right’. After all, Communism and Trotskyism never killed a soul. And even though Che Guevara got a lot of pleasure from killing people who weren’t put on trial, it had to be done. Etc.]

"We have got good community cohesion [fu** off!!!!!] here in Rochdale and hopefully it will pass off peacefully. [Not if UAF/SWP has anything to do with it!]

"The EDL have a democratic right and we respect that as long as it does not cause problems for the rest of the community." [The EDL is ‘the community’! We are part of this country, whether you like us or not! Stop this racist discrimination now!]

More than 500 EDL members were expected to meet in the town before holding a demonstration outside the town hall and war memorial from about 1.30pm.

Seventy-four people were arrested and seven injured in violent clashes between the EDL and UAF during a protest in Bolton last March while 10 people were injured and 44 arrested during an EDL protest in Manchester city centre in October 2009.

But Leon Britain, north west organiser for the EDL, said the Rochdale protest would be peaceful. [Yes, the vast majority of those arrested at Bolton were UAF/SWP, something like 65/9 in UAF/SWP’s favour. Even their leader, Weyman Bennett, was arrested for ‘encouraging violent activity’. Never! Trotskyists never do things like that!]

He said: "We are coming to Rochdale to highlight the paedophile grooming in the town and have been invited by our Rochdale division.

"We are not out to cause tension and do not go out intent on causing trouble.

"If you look at our previous demonstrations in Bolton and Manchester where there has been fighting it has only been because of the police force being against us and from radical Islamists attacking us."

Chief Supt John O' Hare, the man in charge of Rochdale police, was leading the security operation.

He said: "This event will be policed in a professional and sensitive manner but I must make it clear that anyone who is coming with the sole intention of intimidating communities or inciting violence and racism can expect a swift and robust police response. [That’s fair enough.]

"GMP has been working extremely closely with the council, all faith groups in the town and other partners to inform residents and address any concerns they have.

"Our police operation does not finish once the demonstrators leave town.

"There will be an extensive policing operation into the night and in the days afterwards."

Town centre pubs were expected to remain open as usual and Roger Ellis, chief executive of Rochdale council, said shops would trade as normal while the protest took place.

He said: "Public safety is our priority and police will be joined by officers from various council services to provide a substantial and visible reassuring presence throughout the day, during the event and afterwards.

"We respect everyone's democratic right to undertake a peaceful demonstration but be assured that we will support the police in dealing swiftly with any criminal or public order offences." [He ‘respects everyone’s democratic right’ to demonstrate? That’s nice of him.]

MP Simon Danczuk said: "I understand that many people are angry at the cuts, frustrated that they're working harder for less and looking for scapegoats. [A classic Marxist analysis of what’s going on. You see it’s all about racism. And 'EDL racism' is a response to ‘the cuts’. It got nothing at all to do with Muslim grooming and primping, or the rise of Islamism, or radical mosques, or enforced halal meat, etc. It’s all to do with ‘the cuts’. Bullshi**.]

"But Rochdale should not be bullied by the English Defence League who are coming to our town to sow division, fear and hatred." [The ‘division’ already exists! The Muslim gangs singled out white and non-Muslim girls for exploitation and degradation. (Grooming does have a relation to Islam. In the Koran it’s called Islamic ‘booty’. The just rewards for the good Muslim who conquers and fights the kuffar and thus deserves ‘white kuffar meat’ to exploit.) What’s more divisive that that? Muslims self-segregate themselves at the behest of their religion. What’s more divisive than that? Muslims will never marry non-Muslims. What’s more divisive than that? Do I need to go on?]

From WikiIslam: 'Booty' and Islamic Slavery

Narrated 'Abdul 'Aziz: Anas said, 'When Allah's Apostle invaded Khaibar, we offered the Fajr prayer there yearly in the morning) when it was still dark. The Prophet rode and Abu Talha rode too and I was riding behind Abu Talha. The Prophet passed through the lane of Khaibar quickly and my knee was touching the thigh of the Prophet . He uncovered his thigh and I saw the whiteness of the thigh of the Prophet. When he entered the town, he said, 'Allahu Akbar! Khaibar is ruined. Whenever we approach near a (hostile) nation (to fight) then evil will be the morning of those who have been warned.' He repeated this thrice. The people came out for their jobs and some of them said, 'Muhammad (has come).' (Some of our companions added, "With his army.") We conquered Khaibar, took the captives, and the booty was collected. Dihya came and said, 'O Allah's Prophet! Give me a slave girl from the captives.' The Prophet said, 'Go and take any slave girl.' He took Safiya bint Huyai. A man came to the Prophet and said, 'O Allah's Apostle! You gave Safiya bint Huyai to Dihya and she is the chief mistress of the tribes of Quraiza and An-Nadir and she befits none but you.' So the Prophet said, 'Bring him along with her.' So Dihya came with her and when the Prophet saw her, he said to Dihya, 'Take any slave girl other than her from the captives.' Anas added: The Prophet then manumitted her and married her..."

  1. A nice dissection of the latest Rochdale Online article. Have you heard of Majed Iqbal? He's a funny Rochdale 'type' with a particular agenda: http://durotrigan.blogspot.com/2011/03/majeds-magic-world-of-dawah-in-rochdale.html

  2. Rochdale is a working class town with high unemployment and low educational attainment. Rochdale has high crime, high drug and alcohol abuse and teenage delinquency is a major problem in the town.

It is a common sight on the streets of Rochdale to see young children out all night binge drinking. Many of these children are from broken families or in care homes. These are truly vulnerable children.

It is no coincidence that in the Rochdale rape cases both the men and the girls have major mental and social problems. The men in these cases were known to watch a lot of pornography, and it is evident that they were sex-mad. This is in common with many sexual offenders. The men also drank a lot of alcohol and took prohibited drugs. These men led decadent lives. Pornography, alcohol, drugs and lust are not a part of Pakistani culture.

These men wanted sex. Sex was their only and ultimate aim. They wanted sex with any girls - any age, any race and regardless of consent. They were prepared to rape little girls for their own sexual pleasure. I see no difference between these men and other white rapists. The mentality is the same - it arises from lust and a lack of respect or care for women.

The UK has a high sexual offences rate, but no one would suggest that British culture encourages or permits sexual offences. There are predators within every community - it is the duty of the community to seek out these predators and put them behind bars.

There are many closet racists who normally keep their racist views private. These people are now coming out. It is not merely the BNP, EDF or NF. There are people within the mainstream political parties who hold deep resentment for the Asian community. These people have pounced upon this opportunity. It is noticeable that many councillors and MP's are taking pleasure in pointing the finger at the Asian community.

Rochdale has serious problems with poverty, gang culture, drugs and alcohol abuse and violence. We do not want to add racial tension to the list of social problems in Rochdale.

First, we disagree on facts. I don't think the vast majority of sex grooming cases are perpetrated by Pakistanis. Even on the basis of your own statistics it cannot be said that the majority are Pakistani. That is not to say there are no Pakistani predators, there definitely are, but the problem is not as endemic as you suggest.

Secondly, the debate is on the motive of the predators. I think these predators looked for the most vulnerable girls in society. They wanted sex with any girls. I think there was no racial motive. I certainly don't think there is a belief in the Pakistani community that white girls are lesser beings or deserve to be mistreated. There is no evidence what-so-ever to suggest that men in the Pakistani community target white girls just because they are white. I think predators target the most vulnerable girls who just so happen to be white.

This is why I think we should focus on the real issues. It is fair to debate race as a possible factor. But we must not lose sight of the other possible explanations and contributing factors. Race is a distraction from the real problems we face in Rochdale. Simon Danczuk has ducked the issues that have been dogging Rochdale for a long time. It is easier to blame a minority community and not take any responsibility for what happened. Rochdale has serious problems with gang culture, poverty, teenage drug and alcohol abuse and high crime. Then we have problems with failures of the police to prosecute sex offenders because they do not believe women who file the reports. The law is also pretty flimsy - it is inadequate in protecting women against sexual abuse.
