David Cameron’s ill-judged speech attacking multicultural Britain on the same day as the English Defence League’s march in Luton has been condemned by politicians, trade unionists, Muslim and other faith communities and many others. His comments have been welcomed by the EDL, BNP and the Front National in France. He singled out the Muslim community at a time when rising Islamophobia is resulting in increasingly violent hate-crime against Muslims. [There are a host of good reasons to ‘single out the Muslim community’. For example, the rise of Islamism, militant Islam, the massive death toll of the Global Jihad, more Islamic power and Islamification in the UK, the proliferation of mosques, the Islamic pimping of non-Muslim girls, the Narco-Jihad, etc.

And what about the ‘increasingly violent hate-crimes’ of Muslims against non-Muslims (especially Jews but also other kuffar) in the UK and globally?

Do leftists stay silent on such things lest they betray the Brown Exotic Oppressed?]

Cameron attacked ‘state multiculturalism’ and proposed the creation of a new, but undefined, ‘national identity’. This can only serve to undermine the contribution of diverse communities. Multiculturalism is a reality in Britain as it is a nation built on waves of immigration for thousands of years. This has enriched the economy, society and our culture in ways we take for granted. [Many Muslims contribute nothing to our society and are in fact anti-pluralists and destroyers of multiculturalism.

In any case, the left does not defend all communities and cultures. It does not defend fox-hunting cultures, white working class patriotic culture, Zionist culture – the list is endless. The Left is very choosy about the communities and cultures it supports.]

Multiculturalism is the right for everyone to live their life as they choose, as long as it does not infringe on the rights of others to do the same. We believe this is a fundamental part of freedom and democracy. [Islamism and militant Islam does 'infringe on the rights of others’. That’s the whole point. Islam is reactionary, violent, racist, supremacist, imperialist, in favour of Islamic apartheid against all dhimmis and non-Muslims generally, in favour of a brutal sharia law, etc.

It’s time the Left stopped its obvious hypocrisy and then perhaps people outside this university, and all the others, would start to listen.]

*) The EDL has a right and a duty to protest at these events because the totalitarians , anti-democrats and Leftists involved wouldn't think twice about completely banning the EDL. In fact, these people are effectively attempting to disenfranchise the white and black working class.

(The white working class 'doesn't exist' according to Ratna Lachman of JUST West Yorkshire and many other Trotskyist groups. Also, she believes that: "The so-called 'white working class' means far right.') Is that what Leftists mean by 'class war'?
