Salma Yaqoob - Extreme Ranter

That whining voice of hers when she gives a speech! Either that, or she does her famous furrowed-brow routine when talking about 'the little ones in Palestine'.

Try being human for a while. Tell a joke. Change the timbre or tone like a good orator should. Yaqoob certainly sounds just like a member of the SWP. She's a complete political robot - just like members of all the Trot groups. I would rather listen to a pub bore.

Is it any wonder that she speaks out only for Palestine and never against Islamic violence? She may well do so on Newsnight, or to a bleeding-heart member of an 'inter-faith' group, but never at mass meetings or IslamoTrot demonstrations.

If this IslamoTrot councillor, Salma Yaqoob, cares so deeply about suffering and death, why does she never speak out on behalf of the victims of Islamists in Darfur, or Pakistan, or Saudi Arabia, or Iran? Because they are not Muslim. And, of course, the Israelis who are blown to pieces are not Muslims either.

Ohh! What it must like to be amongst other people who all agree with you on Israel and so many other issues. Let's pat each other on the back.

Can you really blame Israel? Iran wants to nuke it. Every Arab country does too. It has been bombed continuously by Muslims. Hamas is openly anti-Semitic, as are many Muslims. Why do we not hear about the endless bombings of Israeli territory from these political robots who fire their political clichés at gullible liberals and trendy leftists?
